About the cabin
Experience a fantastic and spacious cabin for up to 10 people! This appealing cabin is perfect for families who want to spend time together. With two bathrooms and four bedrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone, and the atmosphere is both spacious and comfortable.
The location is ideal, with close proximity to 3 national parks. Venabygdsfjellet is a true paradise for winter sports enthusiasts, hikers, cyclists, hunters and anglers! And it doesn’t stop there – Ringebu town center is also within a short distance, so you can enjoy local shopping, food and drink. You might even want to impress your guests with a feast at the long table, using ingredients from the local butcher. You are welcome!
The cabin is located in the middle of a sea of marked hiking opportunities for all levels. Kvitfjell ski resort is also just a short 25-minute drive away, so you can easily enjoy skiing during the day and relax in the cabin in the evening.
Rental period
Minimum 2 days rental. The days are not locked, but it should not be rented for less than 2 nights.
Key retrieval
The key is in the key box. Contact the landlord before arrival to get the code.
Cabin rules
- The cabin is rented out to adult orderlies. Subletting is not permitted.
- Smoking in the cabin is not permitted.
- Bring consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, candles and matches.
- You will need to bring your own bedding for everyone, as well as towels, including dish towels. 4 double beds, two single beds
- Charging of electric cars is not permitted.
- Electricity is included.
- Thermostat on baths and heaters should not exceed 24 degrees.
- Firewood is included.
Cabin rules when you leave the cabin
- The cabin must be cleared and cleaned after use. This also means washing all floors and wiping all surfaces/tables. If you’ve used an oven, make sure to clean it too.
- Bathrooms, shower cubicles and toilets are thoroughly cleaned.
- All dishes should be put into the cabinets.
- All carpets should be shaken.
- Ashes must be removed from the stove/fireplace and placed in the specified ash tray.
- Beds should be made up. All duvets and pillows should be placed in the duvet bags.
- Garbage must be taken along, as well as empties.
- Dogs should not lie in furniture and beds. Be extra thorough with cleaning if you have a dog with you.
- Remove excrement around the cabin.
- Failure to clean and tidy up may result in an additional fee for hiring a cleaner.
- Any damage must be reported immediately to the cabin owner. The tenant may be liable for compensation.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations up to 30 days before the start of the stay, 85% of the amount will be refunded.
For cancellations 30-10 days before the start of the stay, 50% of the amount.
If canceled less than 10 days before the start of the stay, no refund will be given.
The stay is paid at inatur.no when booking.
Cancellation is made directly to the cabin owner.
